We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than [our manufacturer/supplier(s) and] if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
The supplier shall retain all documents related to the purchase from Altest Corporation for at least 5 years. These documents include Purchase Order forms, Parts Inspection documents, Source of supplies, Material Certifications, Calibration and any other related documents to the orders.
All nonconformances identified by the Altest Corp inspector shall be rectified by the supplier in a timely manner. Supplier shall take corrective action(s) to prevent reoccurrence of similar nonconformance(s). Details of such actions shall be advised to Altest Corp, in writing, within one month of nonconformance(s) being identified
All measuring equipment used in manufacture and testing shall be subject to a controlled calibration system. If applicable, calibration and maintenance shall be as specified in the pertinent national standards.
No product shall be shipped under this Purchase Order which contains material and/or design that departs from drawings or specifications. The supplier will provide Altest Corp. notification of any proposed deviation and receive consent by Altest Corp. to manufacture and ship nonconforming product. The supplier shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to use of such nonconforming product. Should the supplier detect that nonconforming product has been delivered to Altest Corp., it is the suppliers’ responsibility to notify Altest Corp. immediately.
The supplier must get approval from Altest Corp. for disposition of nonconforming products ordered by Altest Corp.
to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the order and to all applicable records. Altest Corp.’s customers and regulatory authorities reserve the right to perform audits and/or inspections at the supplier and/or subcontractor’s facilities.
Suppliers are required to notify Altest Corp. of any changes in product, process, and manufacturing facility location changes.
